Web sites continue to evolve into more complex and interactive means to communicate with their users. This evolution creates a need for individuals who can effectively enhance their organizations’ image, convey a message about their products and services, and enable customers and the public to interact with the organization. To support this, individuals must be able to acquire information from their Web audience and shape it to meet the needs of the organization as well as heighten the user experience. This course is designed for Web designers who want to add interactivity to their Web sites. In this program, you'll learn to:

• Engage your users with special interactive effects, such as animations, message boxes, and dropdown menus.
• Create forms with data validation so incorrect information cannot be submitted.
• Produce forms that gather user input and create pages designed to fit the user's needs.

Prerequisites

You should be proficient with HTML and with the Windows or Macintosh operating system.
